Philosophy

We strive to not be mundane and mediocre but for each and every one of us to be amazing, reaching our collective and individual potentials towards excellence. We are a company of new beginnings, a place of second chances, and healing.   Every department, every individual, without judgment, striving, learning, growing, every day to deliver beauty and escapism to each individual and group who honors us with their presence.  Our growth is personal, and we do not compare our selves to others.  We strive to be the best ourselves we can be but celebrate and our inspired victories of others outside of our group.  We believe a rainbow is more beautiful than one color, food is better with a merge of complimentary ingredients, music is better with more than one kind of instrument, people are better when mixed in diversity, and we apply that belief to our company and customers.  We live and operate with the overwhelming understanding and knowledge that, like the rainbow multi-colored-tribe of people who work, create, serve, and perform at The Boom Boom Room, the world is a place where everyone is unique, individually spectacular, and precious.  We serve, treat, and entertain them, everyone one of them, no matter where they come from, or what they look like, with respect and dignity.   Because at The Boom Boom Room
