Name of Class: Show Me Your Confidence! Burlesque Body Positivity Basics

Description: This 3 hour workshop is designed for women over 40 and/or women desiring more confidence in their everyday lives. Taught by 48 year old burlesque sensation Show-Me Charlotte Sumtimes, students will learn basic strip tease moves and clothing removals custom tailored to their body types, and body mobility comfort levels. This is a friendly, fun, supportive, encouraging environment where everyone will feel safe unleashing their inner burlesque divas.

Please arrive 30 minutes early.

What You will Learn: How to move with confidence no matter your size or physical limitations. Basic strip tease moves and clothing reveals will be taught with love and support. Each student will receive instruction based on their own comfortability and physicality. No nudity!

Pre-requisites: None. Entry level.
Price: $36 and will include light refreshments

Dress code: Tank top, Comfortable pants, Comfortable shoes, Button down over shirt or robe Bring a bra. The bra will go over your tank top for modesty purposes while learning bra removals
