We are currently seeking a highly organized Chef to lead and streamline our kitchen operations, ensuring the continued delivery of culinary entertainment to our loyal audience. This full-time position requires a candidate who will oversee all aspects of kitchen management. This role extends beyond culinary responsibilities to include tasks such as hiring, scheduling, financial reporting, and leading by example

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, leading a team to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.

  • Innovative Menu Development: Collaborate on creating new dishes that align with various show themes, including but not limited to Star Wars, Wild West, Roaring 20s, and Christmas.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle hiring processes, staff scheduling, and financial reporting to ensure the efficient running of the kitchen.

  • Ownership Mentality: Demonstrate a hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute to various tasks when needed, including rare instances of cleaning and dishwashing.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work alongside a team that values a cooperative attitude, ensuring a unified effort to maintain our exceptional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in culinary leadership and kitchen management. (Somewhat flexible)

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
